Saying YES!
This week the concept of balance came up repeatedly in conversations and was even a focus of Wednesday’s Full Moon in Libra. We often think of balance as a singular point, but in truth it is a fluid space. When we hold a single leg pose such as tree or eagle, our bodies are making constant small adjustments to keep us balanced. The same goes with the responsibilities of our daily lives. Finding our personal balance is an active choice we make over and over whether through our physical posture, the tasks we take on or let go of, or time we spend doing or being. Saying yes to the people and experiences that bring us joy and no the those that drain us is a great place to start. What do you want to say yes to today?

SCMSC is a 6 week adaptation of the full MSC course where you will learn to use the skills of mindfulness to develop the inner resource of self-compassion and enhance your capacity for emotional wellbeing.
