This week I have been thinking about community and how connection and mutual support are essential components of our well-being. Many of us will be connecting with and supporting others this weekend through celebrations of Halloween and Dio de los Muertos. Voting in next week’s election is an important way we choose leaders and make decisions for our communities With so many people affected by the government shut down, contributing to mutual aid organizations and food banks can be a significant source of support. We can also offer our talents, skills, and resources to support our communities. In that vein I am offering $20 discount for all individual Reiki and Sound Healing sessions (in person or virtual) purchased in November. We are approaching a Taurus Super Full Moon on November 5th, bringing in a shift of energy towards optimism and abundance. I’d love for you to join me in person or virtually for a Full Moon Sound Bath Saturday, November 1 from 3-4 PM MT. We can feel the effects of the full moon five days before and after its peak, so tune in to how it might be impacting you over the next week or so.
