What happens when the roles that have defined you begin to shift—and you finally have space to ask, “What do I want the next chapter of my life to look like?”
As women in perimenopause or menopause we are often faced with this question as well as others such as:
What still feels true about who I am?
What no longer fits?
How do I want to show up for myself in this next part of my life?
CIRCLES OF AUDACIOUS WISE WOMEN is a four-week, in-person experience for women ready to explore those questions together.
Through guided conversation, creative experiences, movement and meditation, we’ll reconnect with ourselves—and with other women navigating their own next chapters.
Warm. Reflective. Experiential.
No pressure to have the answers.
Just a place to begin asking better questions.
Lisa and Andra will provide opportunities to befriend and come home to ourselves, honoring all of who we are in this moment of our lives.
You will leave this experience with a sense of clarity for what comes next and a community of audacious women to support you.

Your Guides:
Lisa Vratny-Smith (she/her) is dedicated to facilitating the healing journeys of others by creating spaces and resources for them to find peace and healing. She has been practicing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation since 1994 and teaching since 2002 . Lisa began her journey in energy healing in 2001 as a Certified Practitioner of High Touch® Jin Shin and completed her Reiki Master Teacher training in 2021. She also completed her Sound Healing Certification in 2023 adding the vibrational tools of sound healing to her energy healing repertoire. Lisa served for 30 years as a School Social Worker and Sustainable Wellness Coach in Aurora Public Schools integrating her social work and healing practices to support the wellness of staff and students.
Andra Brill, Ph.D. (she/her) is an educator, consultant, and longtime mindfulness practitioner who helps women move through midlife — and everything it stirs up — with curiosity and compassion. Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and Buddhist practice, she creates experiences where women can finally slow down and imagine the next chapter..
Andra spent nearly three decades in public education — as a teacher, literacy specialist, and coach — before starting her own consulting practice. She has trained educators across the country in mindfulness and transformational leadership, designed wellness curriculum, and facilitated retreats grounded in contemplative tradition. Whatever the setting, her work starts from the same conviction: we all deserve to belong to communities that support us.

Testimonials from previous retreat participants:
“Every day brought a new strategy, tool, meditation, spark to bring to my inner peace.” ~Jaime P.
“Keep up the amazing work! Great balance of self-reflection and sharing. You created space for helpful dialog at just the right amount not to feel pressured but create a community.” ~Anna E.
“The time I spent in the retreat allowed me to pause and listen to my inner voice. It gave me permission to spend more time on myself, and helped me become aware of my needs, which I had ignored for so long. Since then I have initiated more regular practices to support my emotional and physical health.” ~Mary H.
“I have been able to develop habits and routines that support me in being more mindful, such as meditation, yoga, journaling, going outside, and even running. I'm much happier professionally as well and while I attribute that mostly to my truly wonderful group of kids, I also think that engaging in mindfulness practices both outside and inside the classroom is part of it!” ~Emma N.
